Beef Burgundy noodle dish

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. stew beef or sirloin tip, cut into pieces
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 c. burgundy wine
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- Salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the 5 top ingredients together. Place it into a roaster and cook covered for 3 hours at 325 degrees.
Cook noodles according to directions, mix butter, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, almonds, salt and pepper; toss with noodles and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a 2 quart or 9 x 12 inch pyrex dish. Serve beef burgundy over the baked noodle dish.
