Ingredients

  • 10 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 T. salt
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Put potatoes and onions in pot and chicken broth then just add enough water to cover. Add 1 T. salt. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Leave liquid in pot and mash potatoes as much as desired. Add half and half and 1/2 stick butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve with paprika
