Grey Poupon Herb Roasted Potatoes
Roasted potatoes with dijon mustard and Italian seasoning. Yummy!
- 5 tablespoons Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 pounds potatoes, cut into chunks (about 1 1/2 inches)
Mix Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, oil, garlic and Italian seasoning in large bowl.
Add potatoes, stirring to coat.
Place on lightly greased large shallow baking pan.
Roast at 425 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.
