Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 4 each 4 each tuna steaks
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • fresh ground pepper

Step 1


Preheat broiler or grill. Mix oil, rosemary, thyme and pepper together;
pour over steaks and marinate for 30 minutes, turning several times.
Just before cooking, sprinkle with salt.
Broil or grill 4 minutes on each side approximately 4" from heat source.
Garnish with lemon wedge and rosemary sprigs. Serve with any lite pasta.
