Ingredients
- baking potatoes
- oil of choice
- Season All - seasoned salt by McCormick

Preparation
Step 1
-Scrub potatoes, don't peel them.
-Cut into wedges and place in a bowl large enough for mixing in oil.
-Pour oil over potatoes in small increments, mixing after each addition. You want just enough oil to coat the potatoes.
-Lay potatoes out in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with Season Salt, no need to flip over for other side unless you want them seasoned hard.
-Roast at 450* for 30-45 minutes. Flip occasionally and watch closely. If the wedges are thin, they will obviously cook faster.
