Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1/3 cup ice water
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- Pinch salt
- 3 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. lemon rind
- 1/3 cup dry milk
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine egg whites, water and dry milk. Beat to very stiff peaks.
Blend thoroughly beaten egg holks, sugar, lemon rind and juice. Gradually beat into egg white mixture.
Sprinke 2 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs into 4" x 8" pan. Spoon in lemon mixture and sprinkle with remaining 1 tbsp. crumbs.
Freeze.
