Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tbs. minced onion
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes in jackets
Cool, peel, grate coarsely.
Combine soup, sour cream, and rest of ingredients.
Pour over potatoes and blend.
Spoon into buttered casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees.
