Garlic Bread

Delicious homemade garlic bread! You can also use this to coat bread cubes and then bake to make homemade croutons.

Ingredients
- 1 large Italian Bread loaf, cut in half lengthwise
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients and spread evenly on both halves of the sliced bread. Put the halves together and wrap it in foil.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Unwrap the bread and open the halves and broil, cheese side up, for just a few minutes to brown. Be careful, they burn easily.
