Ingredients
- 1 Navel orange
- 1 TBS dark sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 TBS oyster sauce
- 1 TBS cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 (4 oz) boneless pork chops, cut into 1/4 thick inch slices
- 1 TBS canola oil
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Step 1
1. Juice orange. Combine juice, oyster sauce, red pepper, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
2. Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, black pepper, and pork in a large bowl; toss to coat pork.
3. Heat a large cast-iron skillet or wok over high heat. Add canola oil; swirl to coat. Add pork in a single layer; cook 4 minutes or until browned, stirring after 2 minutes. Add juice mixture; cook 1 minute or until mixture bubbles and thickens slightly, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Makes 4 servings. Each serving = 5 Weight Watchers points.
