These are the best. great recipe, easy to make, and its a great side dish to any meal. the kids love when I make these.

love these. I bake with skin on, use a mandolin to slice, and bake at 350. start taking them off one by one after 20 minutes. they'll be perfect.

Easy to make and really really good! Hardest part was keeping them crispy, but I just threw them back in the oven for a bit or the conventional oven at work and they were even better.

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.

Thinly slice potatoes in a food processor or by hand; they should be no more than 1/8-inch thick.

Arrange slices on baking sheets so they don’t overlap. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake chips until they begin to lightly brown, about 15 minutes. Cool on a rack and serve
