Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
Crush half of the raspberries and soak in the vinegar for 20 minutes.
Strain and blend with other ingredients.
