Baked Berry Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- Wet Mixture;
- 2 cups Almond Breeze
- 2 eggs or egg substitute
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups fresh or frozen berries

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and brown sugar. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl whisk together the Almond Breeze, eggs, mashed banana, vanilla, honey, and butter.
4. Mix together the wet and dry ingredients. Fold in berries. Pour into well greased 2 quart baking dish.
5.Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until the oats have absorbed
the liquid. Serve hot or cold.
Note; may need to add a few minutes if your berries is frozen
