Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup + 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 Tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cups berries

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In blender, puree milk, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, flour, sea salt, and vanilla. Add the melted butter and blend smooth for about 30 seconds. Place the berries in a glass pie plate or baking dish. Pour the batter over the berries. Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon of sugar. Bake until slightly puffed and just set in the center, about 20 to 25 minutes.
