Layered Banana Split Dessert

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz. block cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. + 3 1/2 cups cold milk, divided
- 16 oz. Cool whip, divided
- 1 (23 oz.) container frozen strawberries, thawed and drained well
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 (3.4 oz.) boxes instant banana cream pudding
- Chocolate syrup

Step 1
l. Grease a 9x13" pan.
2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and stir until evenly moist. Dump into the greased pan and press for an even layer. Place in refrigerator. About 30 minutes.
3. Combine cream cheese, sugar, 2 Tbsp. milk and vanilla and mix on medium speed of mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in 8 oz. of the Cool whip. Spread evenly over graham cracker crust.
4. Pour strawberries over the cream cheese layer, spread evenly. Pour pineapple over strawberries, spread evenly. Mix pudding and 3 1/2 cups milk and whisk till thick. Spread over fruit layer. Let sit about 5 minutes for pudding to thicken.
5. Spread remaining 8 oz. cool whip over top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
