Ingredients

  • 1 large can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

melt butter in 9" x 9" pan in oven. Combine all other ingredients and beat until smooth. Drain peaches and pour them over melted butter in pan. Pour batter over peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
