Ingredients
- 4 Cups Sugar
- 1 29 Ounce Can Pumpkin
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Oil
- 5 Cups Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
- 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 2 Cups Toasted Walnuts Optional

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat Oven 350 Degrees - Grease Four (4) 1 lb. Loaf Pans
Combine sugar, pumpkin and eggs in large bowl and beat until blended. Add oil and beat. Thoroughly blend in flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Stir in nuts. Fill prepare pans 3/4 full. Bake 1 hour.
CONVECTION METHOD: 325 Degrees - 50-55 minutes
