Ingredients

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Margarine, melted
  • 1 Can (14 oz.) Pumpkin Pie Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2/3 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Margarine

Step 1

Mix cake mix (except for 1 cup reserved cake mix), 1/2 cup melted butter and 1 egg. Press into oblong greased pan. Mix together the pumpkin pie mix, 2 egg, and milk. Beat until smooth and pour on top of cake mixture in pan. To the 1 cup of reserved dry cake mix, add sugar, cinnamon and 1/4 cup margarine. Blend together until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Great served warm with a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
