Marshmallow Topped Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 (15-ounce) cans sweet potatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups Marshmallows (15 large puffs)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all but marshmallows into lightly greased 1-quart baking dish until well blended.
Top with marshmallows.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are hot and marshmallows are lightly browned.
