Ingredients
- 2 C Sour cream
- 1 cup real mayo
- 1/4-1/2 C chopped green onions
- 1 C Fresh parmesan cheese grated
- 1-2 cans quartered artichoke hearts (not marinated)
- Tabasco sauce to taste and salt and pepper.

Step 1
Mix all above together in a bowl. Layer skinless, boneless halibut in baking dish and cover w/sauce. Bake 350 until bubbling and fish is clear, usually 1 hr.
