POTATO TACOS

Ingredients

• 5 large russet potatoes peeled and cut into large chunks
• 1/4 c milk
• 1 c green onion sliced thinly
• 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
• corn tortillas as many as needed
• 1 c ranch style dressing

Preparation

Step 1

. Make mashed potatoes, and combined with the other ingredients

. Place 2 heaping tablespoons on each tortilla and toothpick them closed

. fry tacos until a crispy light brown, remove toothpicks and serve
