Ingredients
- Penne Rigate
- 4 large cans plum tomatoes (sento) cut up and get rid of seeds and juice
- 6-7 pieces of garlic
- 1 whole onion
- 1/2 bag fresh basil
- Sea Salt
- Olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Brown Garlic and onion, cook pasta, mix and add tomatoes and other ingredients.
Or...Saute garlic for 5 minutes...add onion that is finely chopped cook until transparent, add pepper and sea salt. Cook drained and seeded chopped tomatoes and cook 10 minutes, add basil crushed red peppers and cilantro.
