Sesame Encrusted Salmon

  • 1 T.Black Sesame Seeds
  • 1 T. Regular Sesame Seeds
  • 1 roma tomato, chopped
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 C. Mayo
  • 1 1/2 t. rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 t. soy sauce
  • 1/2 t. ginger
  • 1/4 t. chinese hot mustard
  • 1 t. garlic
  • 1 t. fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 t. lemon juice

Cooking time 40mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place salmon in a glass baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together all ginger aidi ingredients. Pour over salmon and spread smooth.
In a small bowl, combine sesame seeds. Sprinkle on top of salmon.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Top with tomato and serve.
