- 1 cup corn meal
- 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup buttermilk

Step 1
Mix oil & egg
Add buttermilk
Sift in dry ingredients
Bake in 8β x 8β pan at 350ΒΊ for 15 minutes
