Mini Key Lime pies

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. small sugar-free fat free instant pudding (use vanilla or White chocolate ( I use White Chocolate)
- 1 1/2 cups skim Milk
- 1/2 cup Key Lime juice
- Small tub cool whip
- 3 boxes of Athens mini fillo shells

Preparation
Step 1
Mix pudding and milk until semi-firm, add lime juice and mix well. Spoon into shells. Sprinkle with green crystals ( for the holidays). Place in freezer. I leave the shells in their trays, they are easier to freeze that way. If you would like your pies more tart, you can cut back on the milk and add more lime juice.
