Cube Steaks with Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 4oz cube steaks
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 2 1/2 T oil
  • 1 Med onion
  • 1 Med gr Pepper
  • 1 small can Diced Tomatoes
  • 6 oz cola soft drink
  • 1/2 T Beef Boullion Granules
  • 1 T Tomatoe Paste

Preparation

Step 1

Salt the steaks, add pepper to flour and dredge the steaks in the flour. Brown the steaks in half the oil.
Take the steaks out and saute the onions and green peppers for approx 7 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes and the next 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil and stir often until thick approx 5 minutes.
Return the steaks and cover and cook on low for 55-60 minutes.
