Mikey's Spicy Potatoes and Sausage

Ingredients
- 5 slices of bacon
- 1 tsp Mongolian fire oil
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 pound polish sausage
- 1 tbs butter
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1 tsp each: paprika, garlic powder, curry, cumin
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, more or less to your liking

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, cook bacon until just done, not crispy. Add onion and pepper. Add potatoes, toss to coat. Add sausage and butter. Mix. Add seasonings. Mix. Cover and cook on low until potatoes are done.
