White Chili with Ground Turkey

Ingredients
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 Lb ground turkey
- 2 4 oz cans green Chile peppers
- 1 T ground Cumin
- 1 T Dried Oregano
- 1 t ground Cinnamon
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- White Pepper to taste
- 3 15 oz cans Cannellini beans
- 5 C Chicken Broth
- 2 C Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large pot on medium heat, combine onion, garlic, and turkey
2. Sauté 10 minutes
3. Add Chile peppers, cumin, oregano, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and white pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes
4. Add 2 cans of Cannellini beans and chicken broth to the pot
5. Take 3rd can and puree in blender/food processor. Add this to pot with cheese.
6. Stir well and simmer 10 minutes
