Ingredients
- 2 Cups heavy cream
- 1 5oz package Boursin Cheese
- 3 lbs red potatoes, thinly sliced
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400. Butter a 9x13 glass pan.
2. Stir heavy cream and boursin cheese on a medium saucepan over medium heat until cheese melts and mixture is smooth.
3. Arrnage half of the potatoe slices in pan, pour half of the cheese mixture over slices. Arrange remaining potatoes in slightly overlapping rows.Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour remaining cheese mixture
4. bake for 60 minutes until golden brown and potatoes are tender
