Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (16 oz.) cream-style corn
  • 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk eggs in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, whisking each in as you go. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes until set and golden brown.
