Ingredients
- 1 Quart of fresh or home frozen corn
- 3/4 stick of butter
- 3/4 to 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook corn and water in covered pan for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Start on high heard, then turn down to medium low. Add the remaining ingredients and cook 15 minutes on low. If desired you can add thickening of flour and milk at this time. TO keep from sticking use a wire rack under your pan.
