Stuffed Green Peppers with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 large green peppers
- 1 cup instant rice, uncooked
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 stalks chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 3/4 cup veggie burger mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 18 ounces V-8 juice
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cut tops off peppers, remove stems and set tops aside. Clean out seeds.
Sauté onion and celery; remove from heat. Add rice, veggie burger mix, milk, egg, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and chili powder; mix. Stuff peppers with mixture.
Place pepper tops in bottom of oven-proof casserole; set stuffed peppers on tops to prevent peppers from spilling.
Combine V-8 and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Microwave on high power for 2 minutes to heat. Pour over stuffed peppers.
Cover casserole and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
