Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick and 6 oz each)
  • 2 TBS lemon juice
  • 2 Tbbs minced fresh parsley
  • 2 TBS Dijon mustart
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary chrshed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Lemon wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Drizzle pork chops with lemon juice. Combine the parsley, mustard garlic lemmon peel, rosemary salt, brush over both sides of chops. Place pork on grease broil pan. Broil 3-4 inchs from the heat for 4-6 mins on each side or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Serve with lemon wedges
