Pineapple AuGratin Casserole

Incredibly simple dish that makes a wonderful side dish or is fantastic with vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients

• 2 cn pineapple chunks in own juice, drained
• 2 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 c granulated sugar
• 6 tbl plain flour
• 1 stick of butter, melted
• 1 tube Ritz Crackers, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

In 3qt Pyrex: Add 2cn drained pineapple chunks in own juice, 2c sharp cheddar cheese grated, 1c sugar, 6tbl flour. Incorporate well and spread evenly

In separate bowl: melt 1 stick butter, add 1 tube crushed Ritz crackers, incorporate well, place on top of pineapple mixture

Cook uncovered 350° preheated oven 30mins

Awesome with vanilla ice cream!
Store in refrigerator, heat in microwave to serve with ice cream.
