Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 40 oz can cut sweet potatoes, undrained
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup butter cut into pieces
- Use fork to mix and create a crumble like topping

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a baking/casserole dish.
Heat canned sweet potatoes in a saucepan then drain and mash. Mix the mashed sweet potatoes with sugar, eggs, butter, milk and vanilla. Spread in prepared baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix the topping and sprinkle over the sweet potato casserole. Bake 35 minutes in preheated oven or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
