Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups boiling water
- 3 pkgs (4 serv size each) Jell-O brand cherry flavor gelatin
- 2 3/4 cups cold water
- 1 can (11 oz-15 oz) Dole Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 4 oz (1/2 of 8 oz pkg) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbls sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip Whipped topping, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Stir boiling water into gelatin in med. bowl at least 2 mins. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate about 1 1/4 hrs or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Gently stir in oranges. Beat cream cheese & sugar in separate med bowl until well blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Spoon into large serving bowl: Cover with gelatin mixture.
Refrigerate 2 hrs or until firm. Garnish with mandarin oranges, if desired.
