Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup cooked and mashed potatoes
• 1 1/2 cup milk
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 tsp lemon flavoring
• 1 unbaked 10 inch pie crust
• 2 eggs well beaten
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 tsp. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Pour into pie crust and bake at 350* for 1 hour.
