Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 12 Ritz crackers

Preparation

Step 1

1. Boil carrots until almost done.
2. Drain and layer them into greased 9x13 pan.
3. Melt butter, brown sugar, and velveeta and mix with carrots. Sprinkle crackers on top.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
