Ingredients

  • Base:
  • 1 box Pillsbury Moist Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter- softened
  • 1 egg
  • Filling:
  • 1 (14oz.) can sweetened condensed milk(NOT EVAPORATED MILK)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (6oz.)pkg. white chocolate bits
  • 1 jar raspberry jam (without seeds)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans(optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1. Grease 13x9 pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix and butter. mix well w/ fork or pastry blender. Stir in egg to moisten. Press mixture in bottom of greased pan. Bake for 7 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in med. bowl, combine condensed milk, vanilla and 1 egg; mix well. Stir in toffee bits and pecans. Heat up 1/2 cup raspberry jam in microwave.

3. Remove pan from oven. Pour filling evenly over warm base. Drop small dollops of raspberry jam over condensed milk mixture. Swirl with a knife to mix. Return to oven; bake and additional 22-30 minutes or until filling is set. Cool 1 hr. or until completely cooled. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
