Ingredients
- Mix together:
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3oz.) lemon gelatin
- Add:
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup veg. oil
- Glaze:
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sll ingredients for 2 minutes.Pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan and bake according to directions on back of the box mix.
Mix glaze together before cake is finished. While cake is still hot, poke holes in cake with fork 2 in. apart and pour glaze over the hot cake.
