• 1 lb. fresh fettuccine
• 2 sticks butter
• 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
• 3/4 pint (1.5 small carton) whipping cream
• salt
• pepper
• 2 cans chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

mix cream & cheese & butter together in large pot
heat on low heat
stirring constantly
boil chicken broth
add water as needed
add noodles until done
drain and mix with sauce
