- 1 lb. fresh fettuccine
- 2 sticks butter
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 pint (1.5 small carton) whipping cream
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cans chicken broth

Step 1
mix cream & cheese & butter together in large pot
heat on low heat
stirring constantly
boil chicken broth
add water as needed
add noodles until done
drain and mix with sauce
