Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 slices white bread
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz)

Preparation

Step 1

Cream the butter and the sugar.
Add the eggs and beat.
Add the pineapple and bread and stir.
Bake in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish for about 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
