Step 1
In a sauce pan bring 1 c long grain rice, 1 c chicken broth and 1 c water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat and add 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tbsp lime zest (I did one whole lime) and juice of one lime. I also added a dash of sugar. Mix well. I TRIED THIS ON 09/05/10 AND I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY GOOD. THE BOYS DID NOT LIKE IT.
