Cranberry Glaze

This recipe is great on turkey or chicken. It's especially good on a whole roasted bird, but can be adapted to chicken or turkey breasts.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- 1 can jellied cranberry
- 1 Tbsp. fine herbs

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until jelly melts. Continue simmering until mixture thickens, about 15 minutes. Keep warm.
