Ingredients

  • frosting:
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 cups carrots
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of Royal (assuming this is gelatin)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • cream cheese
  • powdered sugar
  • vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2) Mix the butter, oil, carrots, and sugar.
3) Add the eggs one by one.
4) In a separate bowl, mix the flour, Royal, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
5) Then add the dry mixture slowly to the egg mixture.
6) Grease the pan and instead of sprinkling flour in the pan, sprinkle bread crumbs.
7) Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
