Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 C Sweet Potatoes, cooked (not canned)
- 1 C Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 Stick Margarine
- 1/2 C Milk
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 1/3 C Flour
- 1 C Chopped Pecans
- 1/3 Stick Margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Peel potatoes, slice and cook in water until tender. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add margarine, sugar, salt, eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix well (it looks thin). Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake a 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until it looks firm.
Mix topping ingredients and put on potatoes. Bake 10 minutes or until brown.
