One-Pot Tuna Noodles

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 package wide egg noodles - (8 oz)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, bring water to boil; add egg noodles. Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add mixed vegetables; cook 5 minutes more.

Stir in tuna, Cheddar cheese soup, milk and pepper. Heat through. Let stand a couple of minutes then serve.
