Ingredients
- 2 small thick slices swiss cheese
- 2 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 2 rib pork chops

Step 1
Preheat grill and brush grate with oil. Wrap each slice of cheese with prosciutto. Cut a 3 inch wide slit on the side of each pork chop but don't cut through the other side. You are making a pocket. Insert the cheese packet in the slit. You can secure with toothpicks. Season chops with salt and pepper. Grill chops until they register 145 about 6-8 minutes each side.
Remove from the grill, cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes.
