- 1 (4 pound) roast
- 1 jar pimento
- 1 small mild diced chilis
- 1 packet Good Seasons Italian dry mix
- 1 packet dry beef or pork gravy
- 2 cups water
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix water and other ingredients and pour over roast. Cook 8-12 hours on low. Shred and serve with buns or crusty rolls. Freezes well.
