Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries, rinsed
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts (I toasted them first)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (I used less)
  • 1 1/2 t almond extract
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 beaten eggs

Step 1

Grease baking dish and put rinsed berries on bottom; sprinkle with nuts and brown sugar.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour batter over berries. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with a dollop of vanilla yogurt (I used fat free).
