Ingredients
- 1 lb shelled and deveined shrimp
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 3-5 drops of hot chili sauce
- cornstarch or shrimp breeder to coat the shrimp
- garnish with chopped green onions

Preparation
Step 1
Mix mayo and sauces for coating the shrimp.
Bread shrimp in the cornstarch or breeder
Deep fry the shrimp until lightly brown
Drain on a paper towel.
Put shrimp in a bowl and coat with the sauce.
Serve in a lettuce lined bowl and garnish with green onions.
you can also use sauce on the side to keep shrimp crispy
